Background
From the time of his admission to practice law until 2021, Mickey operated a private legal practice in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This practice began as a partnership with his father, Hon. Joseph P. Weber, until his father became Judge of the Clark Circuit Court No. 3.

During his time in this position, Mickey litigated extensively in addition to his managerial responsibilities. During his tenure as Chief, Mickey acted as lead counsel in twelve jury trials, primarily involving serious felony allegations including murder, attempted murder, rape, and burglary.
Mickey joined Schad Law in 2025 and is excited to use his broad legal experience and love of trial advocacy for the benefit of his clients.
Mickey was born and raised in Clarksville, Indiana, where he lives with his wife, Teala Happ, their daughter, Sylvia, and Sylvia’s best friend, Lupin the super-mutt.
